A.Teston Floor Mats w Heel Support Bar
A.Teston has been operating a race team in Korea for over 10 years. The owner Seo Joo Hyung felt the need to provide drivers with a product that can help enhance driver’s pedal inputs.
By supporting the heel with the “hillting” bar, the driver’s ankle never extends past 90 degrees.
This does a few things:
Driver can now be more consistent with applied pressure on the pedals
Driver can use the muscle groups more efficiently, allowing more force to be sent to the pedals with less effort.
Driver also feels less fatigue from the calf muscles
In addition to the hillting bar, the high density foam pad on the gas pedal levels out any difference between the brake and the accel pedal, allowing for smooth transition and easy heel-and-toe for manual cars. The foam pad is included when you order the floor mat.
As an icing on the cake, you can also order the brake pedal assembly to finish off the kit. Made for drivers with feet larger than 265mm (size 8.5 US), it strategically places the center of the pedal slightly higher to maximize the sweet spot on where your foot presses down onto the brakes.
Few other things to note:
The floor mats are made of NCF Nylon which are flame and UV resistant materials.
the padded area is made of PVC + TPU film for maximum durability.
